If a pair isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how.
Exchanges
- Exchange within 7 days of delivery if the pair is unused, with the case, cloth and tags.
- No cash refunds — store credit or exchange only.
Damaged or wrong pair
- Message us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free.
Warranty
- 6 months on the frame against manufacturing defects.
- Scratched lenses aren't covered — use the cloth, keep them in the case.
Anything else? Maya answers on Instagram in seconds, and a person picks up anything she can’t.
